I am a BACP registered counsellor, offering in person counselling in my own room in Canterbury, and UK wide counselling online and via telephone. I have been involved in wellbeing and mental health for about ten years, working in a variety of industries. My passion is in helping people to explore their doubts, fears, hopes, and joys in order to live more fully as themselves. I work with people from all backgrounds and walks of life, and have had training specifically in working with the LGBTQ+ community - see the separate tab for more information on this.
I have a private counselling room in central Canterbury, which I try to make as cosy and comfortable as possible! The room is on the third floor, there is a lift and disabled access to the building.

My approach to therapy is to make it a two-way conversation. Sessions will be led by what you want to discuss, but if you're feeling stuck, I have some tools to help you to think through what you want to talk about.

I welcome clients of all genders, sexual orientations, ethnic backgrounds, religions, and spiritual belief systems. My main objective is to provide an open, non-judgemental space to all those who decide to work with me.

Hopefully, I am a good fit to help you! Please do get in touch to find out more and book an initial consultation.
