I am a BACP registered counsellor, offering in person counselling in Canterbury and Faversham, and UK wide counselling online and via telephone. I have been involved in wellbeing and mental health for about ten years, working in a variety of industries. My passion is in helping people to explore their doubts, fears, hopes, and joys in order to live more fully as themselves. I work with people from all backgrounds and walks of life, and have had training specifically in working with the LGBTQ+ community.
I work holistically and intersectionally, looking at the whole picture of your life and how the different strands are working (or not working) together. This may involve how to deal more effectively with mental health issues like anxiety and depression, or building your self-esteem, negotiating a life transition, or exploring past events or relationships which you feel are still having an impact on your day-to-day life.
I welcome clients of all genders, sexual orientations, ethnic backgrounds, religions, and spiritual belief systems. My main objective is to provide an open, non-judgemental space to all those who decide to work with me.
