We all do our best to cope, but sometimes things feel like they're just too much. Venting to friends and family isn't helping, and we can feel like we're spinning in circles. At those times, seeking out professional help may be a good idea.
As a therapist, my aim is to create a safe and supportive environment. Together, we can start looking more closely at what's troubling you, and how we can make things better.
I know that starting therapy can be daunting, and even feel selfish - but it doesn't help anybody for you to struggle in silence.
